The COVID Autumn Booster Campaign

The COVID Autumn Booster Campaign will be starting on the 11^th of September 2023. The PCN will be offering COVID Vaccinations on the following days and sites:

Wednesdays (13:00-18:30pm) at Wembley Centre for Health and Care
Thursdays (14:00-18:30pm) at Park Royal Medical Practice
Saturdays (09:00-18:00pm) at Park Royal Medical Practice
Saturdays (10:00-16:00pm) at Wembley Centre for Health and Care

The cohorts for the campaign are as follows:

Patients in a care home for older adults
All adults aged 65 years and over
Persons aged 6 months to 64 years in a clinical risk group, as laid out in the Immunisation Green Book
Frontline Health and Social Care Workers
Persons aged 12 to 64 years’ old who are household contacts (as defined in the Green Book) of people with immunosuppression
Persons aged 16 to 64 years who are carers (as defined in the Green Book) and staff working in care homes for older adults.

Please note the PCN only offers COVID Vaccines to patients over the age of 5
